What we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone number, and sign-in data (including Google or Sign in with Apple if you choose those options). Authentication is provided by Clerk.
- Service records — immigration, financial, and website-project information you submit, plus documents you upload or photograph for your case file. Files are stored in Supabase.
- Payments — when you unlock a service, Stripe processes the card payment. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
- Enquiries — contact forms on 1stcalluk.com, 1stcalluk.financial, 1stcalluk.website, and 1stcalluk.co.uk may be forwarded into this portal so staff can follow up.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, deliver Immigration, Financial, and Website Services, take payment, keep your documents, and contact you about your matter. The legal bases are typically performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in running the practice, or consent where you have given it.
Who we share it with
We share data with processors who help us run the app: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and files), and Resend (transactional email). We do not sell your personal data. Staff at 1st Call UK, including Web & Digital, may access records needed to deliver the service you requested.
Camera and files
The app asks for camera access only so you can photograph documents for your case file. Photos stay on your device until you choose to upload them. We do not use the camera for advertising or background tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it (where the law allows), or to restrict or object to certain processing. Email info@1stcalluk.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
